Your privacy is important to us. This Privacy Policy explains how Pulse handles your information.
1. Data Collection and Usage
Pulse is designed with a "Privacy First" approach.
- Local Data: Most of your data (Tasks, Routines, Logs) is stored locally on your device using Apple's SwiftData.
- Personal Data: We do not collect names, email addresses (unless you contact support), or phone numbers.
- Analytics: We do not use third-party tracking or advertising identifiers.
2. Device Permissions
Pulse may request the following permissions to provide specific features:
- Notifications: To send you daily reminders and task alerts.
- Speech Recognition & Microphone: To enable voice-to-text input for adding tasks. Audio is processed on-device.
3. Third-Party Services
- Apple iCloud: If enabled on your device, your data may be synced via your personal iCloud account. This is governed by Apple's Privacy Policy.
- RevenueCat: We use RevenueCat to manage subscriptions. They process anonymized transaction data to validate your "Pro" status.
- Firebase/Firestore: (If applicable) Used for optional cloud synchronization. Data is encrypted and used only for providing the sync service.
4. Data Security
Since most data is stored on your device, the security of your data depends on your device's security (Passcode, FaceID, etc.).
5. Your Rights (GDPR)
If you are located in the European Economic Area (EEA), you have rights under the GDPR, including:
- Right to Access: You can see all your data within the App.
