2. Photo Library Access & Data Processing

WE DO NOT UPLOAD YOUR PHOTOS.

• Local Processing: All analysis, categorization, and deletion of your photos and videos happens entirely on your device.
• No Remote Storage: We do not send your photos to any external server or cloud storage.
• Apple's Photos Framework: We use Apple's native frameworks (PhotoKit) to display your media and facilitate the deletions you approve. When you delete a photo in Cullr, it is moved to the "Recently Deleted" album in your iOS Photos app, following Apple's standard safety protocols.

3. Data Collection

We collect minimal data to ensure the app functions correctly and to manage subscriptions.

A. Personal Data

We do not collect personal data like your name, email address, or phone number unless you voluntarily contact us for support.

B. Usage Data & Analytics

We may use Apple's built-in App Analytics (available via App Store Connect) to view aggregated, anonymous data such as:

• App crashes
• Usage retention
• Download numbers

This data does not safeguard your personal identity.

C. Subscriptions & Purchases

We use RevenueCat to manage our subscription infrastructure.
